About the service
We write resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters for Indian professionals who are job searching abroad. We specialise in adapting Indian career experience so it reads correctly for hiring managers and ATS systems in countries like Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, and the UAE.

Yes. We work with Indian professionals across India who want a stronger resume for senior roles. The website is built around our NRI clients because that is our growth focus, but the standard packages work for domestic clients as well.

Resume writing and ATS
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is software that most companies abroad use to filter resumes before a human ever reads them. It scans for keywords, formatting, and job title matches. If your resume scores poorly, it gets eliminated automatically. A resume that scores well in India can score under 40 percent in Canada or the UK, because the systems are calibrated differently.
We test every resume we write against the ATS systems used in your target country before delivery. Every package includes our 85 percent ATS score guarantee. If your resume does not score at least 85 percent, we keep working on it until it does, at no charge.
ChatGPT does not know what Infosys looks like to a Canadian ATS. It does not know that Assistant Manager in India does not map to Assistant Manager abroad. It does not know which company name to use, which job title to translate to, or how a UK recruiter scans the first 15 seconds. We do, because we have done this 3,000 times. The output is fundamentally different.
No. If a project requires misrepresenting your experience, we decline it. Our work is built on making your real experience read as strongly as possible, which is a harder problem than fabrication but the only one that works long term.
Pricing and payment
Pricing depends on your experience level (Fresher, Mid-Level, Senior, or Executive) and the package you choose (Basic, Intermediate, Premium, or Platinum). The full matrix is on our pricing page, with prices in INR, USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and AED.
A resume for a 15-year executive is a different writing exercise from a resume for a fresher. The research is deeper, the achievements are more nuanced, and the stakes for senior hires are higher. Our pricing reflects the work involved.
We run periodic offers for first-time clients. The current code, if any, is shown at the top of the website. We do not negotiate package prices outside of these published offers.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking through Razorpay. International clients can pay in their local currency through the same checkout.
Delivery and revisions
First drafts are delivered within 3 business days of payment and brief submission. Most clients have a finalised resume within 7 to 10 days, including revisions.
After you receive the first draft, you can request revisions within your support window. Basic and Intermediate include 2 revision rounds, Premium includes 3, and Platinum includes up to 6 within its 6-month window. We turn around each revision in 1 to 2 business days.
Send your feedback and we revise. We do not consider a project complete until you are confident the resume represents you correctly. If you feel the draft is going in the wrong direction, we will rework it from scratch, included in your revision rounds.
The 60-day guarantee
If you do not receive any interview calls within 60 days of receiving your final documents, we will rewrite your resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter at no charge and keep refining until they are generating interviews.
You need to be actively applying. We ask for confirmation that you have submitted at least 30 applications during the 60-day window. We also need to review the roles you have been applying to, to make sure they are reasonable matches for your profile. Beyond that, there are no fine-print conditions.
No. The guarantee is tied to whether your documents are generating interview calls, because that is what we control through writing. Whether you convert those interviews into offers depends on your interview performance, which we are happy to advise on but cannot guarantee.
For NRIs specifically
Yes. The earlier you have a resume built for your target country, the less time you waste applying with one that is not working. Most NRIs we work with come to us 3 to 9 months in, after a lot of frustration. The clients who come to us early in their move tend to find work faster.
We translate. The Indian title stays in your work history (you cannot misrepresent your role), but we add context lines and adjust how the role is described so the seniority and scope read correctly. A Deputy General Manager in India is presented in a way that conveys the right level abroad.
Yes. We adjust formatting, terminology, length, and content based on your target country. A UK CV reads differently from a Canadian resume, which reads differently from an Australian one. We know the differences and write for the specific market you are applying in.
